Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arca mobile application (the "App") provided by Nikolai Morozov ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Arca is a personal budgeting and finance tracking app. You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law;
• use the App in a way that could damage the App or affect other users.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the App.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an Arca account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any activity that occurs through it. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact us as soon as possible.

We may suspend or restrict access to the App if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or using the App in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App, its software, branding, content, or technology.

4. Basic and Premium Features

The App may offer both Basic and Premium features.
