This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Nikolai Morozov ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") governing the use of the Arca mobile application ("App").

Permitted Use

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial budgeting and finance tracking use. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an Arca account, you are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• all activity that occurs under your account;
• notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
• providing accurate and current account information;
• complying with applicable laws and this Agreement while using the App.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate this Agreement or create legal, security, or operational risk.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Arca may offer Premium features through Apple In-App Purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple is responsible for billing and payment processing. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

AI and Financial Information

Arca may include AI-powered features for transaction extraction, categorization, and suggestions. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any information before relying on it.

Arca is a budgeting and informational tool only. The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or completely accurate. The Developer is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, sync issues, or security incidents caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to Apple, Supabase, Google Gemini, PostHog, or other infrastructure providers.
